- Membership closed at the end of 2024 at 540 which is a new record. activities for the year included the AGM, Easter Egg Run, Spring Start Up, DeHavilland Museum Visit, EAAA Control Centre Visit, Rideouts by Paul Butler and his team, Dealership Evenings, Bike Jumble which raised £1,300 for EAAA, Trident and Rocket III Night organised by Dickie Galker, ACU National Rally Check Point (not running in 2025), American Theme Night with 300+ bikes and ??? show cars, presentation of £2,028 cheque to EAAA, Memorial Ride which had 45 bikes attending, Christmas Quiz, and the OMC/OSSC Grand Christmas Draw which raised £328 for EAAA.
- Since the last presentation to EAAA we have raised more funds for the EAAA by selling the Moto GP books kindly donated by Pete Neal, the Christmas Quiz, Mr Ice Cream Man who always kindly donates a generous portion of his takings to EAAA, OSSC Charity Football Match and a donation from a Birthday Casino Night.
- A survey arranged by Derek Brown, our Vice Chairman asked for new ideas but there sadly was little response. We conclude that OMC members enjoy club nights and ride outs – more leisurely ride outs will hopefully be put on the calendar this year.
