OMC members only please

We’re heading out for aromp across South Hertfordshire, with a breakfast stop at the Silver Ball on the A10 to fuel up before heading into North Essexfor more green lanes.

From there, we’ll make our way across toEast Cambridgeshire, finishing the day on some more lanes with the aim of getting everyone home before dark.

WHY ARE WE HEADING SOUTH?

You may be aware that some counties introducesix-month TROs (Traffic Regulation Orders) on certain green lanes, allowing the lanes to rest over the winter period.

That’s why this ride is headingsouth of Royston, where the lanes we’re using remain open.

As always,check the signs and obey any TROs or restrictions in place. If the sign says the lane is closed to motorcycles, it’s closed!

IMPORTANT TIP

NEVER GO OFF-ROAD ALONE!

Things can go wrong surprisingly quickly when you’re out on the lanes, so riding with others is always the sensible option.

So, if you fancy a day of green lanes, mud, breakfast and generally making a mess of your motorcycle...

OMC Memorial ride 2026

Our memorial ride will take place on 11th October this year. We are expecting a strong turnout. The final route is still being finalised.

We will meet at OMC from 9:15 with an expected departure time of 10:00. We will have a warm up coffee stop on route and return back to OMC around 12:30 for lunch.
